Plant ihr schon das nächste Jahr, meine Süßen? 🤎 Ich bin bestens vorbereitet. Im Oktober hatte ich mir bereits noch fix eine Box vom @carmushka gesichert mit ihrem Kalender. Da ich ein kleiner Monk bei sowas bin & aber alles schriftlich haben muss, war das die ideale Möglichkeit für mich 🤓 Am Handy plane ich zwar auch alles noch ein (doppelt hält besser) aber ich bleibe meinen handschriftlichen Kalendern treu! Genau wie to-do Listen und alles wichtige an Notizen.
Wie ist das bei euch ? Habt ihr auch einen innerlichen Monk und müsst alles durchplanen & nutzt noch die „altmodischen“ Papierkalender ? ✨🤎⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I made the trip to the Dr today, mostly to get a referral to take the next step & see a neurologist to get to the bottom of my seizures
I have mixed emotions about this process. I’m okay with admitting it terrifies me to get to the bottom of my seizures. It scares me even more to think i could potentially end up paralyzed the rest of my life. As i signed in to the office, there was a box asking if both my parents were still living. For the first time, i had to check no. Today hit hard & I’d give anything to call my Dad & tell him how big the docs eyes got when i told him how much i deadlift
December 31st i go to the neurosurgeon, hoping for answers or a plan to find them. Until then...we keep moving weight mf🖤 ...
DAMAGE CONTROL OVER THE XMAS PERIOD
Some tips I hope to follow myself. For a start everyone is human and xmas is something to be celebrated without restriction (unless on prep😂) WITHIN reason. Eat what you want as long as you account for it and ensure you don’t go way over your maintenance cals. This way you will never feel guilty about eating the foods you enjoy over this period. Key phrase here “account for it”.
Move more: do not sit on the couch watching Harry Potter for days on end. Brisk walk or LISS cardio whenever possible.
Christmas seems to be regarded as a time where people are obliged to eat everything they lay their eyes on. By this logic, if your uncle Fred is after a few vodka’s too many and is pissing you off then you should just eat him too🤣 #bulklife
Personally, I will be keeping my energy expenditure quiet high to negate the damage of this indulgence/few extra cals I may consume. Again moving more.
Will still train when I can and will be keeping my training intensity high also putting those extra calories to good use but most importantly won’t be going to town on it for days on end with regards to food. Days of continuous binging can undo weeks of work. Your health is your wealth. You will have a much taller task come January when you start to get a buzz again for that summer six pack lol.
Choosing low cal alcoholic beverages such as vodka or any spirit combined with a mixer instead of a pint is the secret. Both will provide the same result minus the cals if you are smart about it. Plus people will think your a hard man if you start on spirits hahah.
The gym will always be there so don’t feel guilty about enjoying yourself whilst having some common sense. Use this period as an excuse/incentive to train even harder when you get that spike in motivation back early January and no harm done.

So this is how off season looks like. Celana agak susah dipake sampe kuku tempel gue copot, duduk agak lean back dikit supaya perut lipetanya gak lima. 😁Dulu sebelum gw ngerti tentang binaraga gw sering banget kepoin para pro di luar terus gw bilang “ih badanya biasa aja deh” little that i know (ini masih on’cewati dan newbie) mereka itu cuman kering dan keker hanya pada saat deket kompetisi karena untuk maintain body fat serendah itu setahun penuh amat sangat susah malah bisa dibilang almost impossible unless pake doping. Kemarin pada bulan-bulan akhir persiapan berangkat gw udah mulai males latihan gak ada gairah angkat beban it started to feel more like a job badan gw mulai lemah karena calorie restriction yang berkepanjagan. Sekarang off season gw mencoba untuk makan 6 meals 4x bersih 2x apa aja yg gw mau tapi kalau gw masih bisa lihat nutritional fact gw masih mencoba untuk tidak berlebih makanan yang mengandung tinggi lemak. Nah karena sekarang kalori gw lumayan tinggi antara dua ribu sampe dua ribu rua ratus i have so much energy im able to lift more and im actually looking forward to go to the gym. Now im going to put that extra carbs into something. Now lets get to work!! 🤳🏽
