Come to a comfortable seated position feet on the ground sitting upright (not too stiff- not leaning on anything) Crown chakra top of the head aligned with first chakra -lowest part of your spine..(sit bones) ✨Allowing the breath to funnel in a fluid rhythm
Begin breathing in through the nostrils expanding the belly at the same time for 4 counts (nice full breaths- sensation is your bringing your belly to a pregnant belly)
Pause at the top - imagine sniffing a rose - 🌹Exhale from the mouth deflating the belly again 4 counts Repeat in a rhythmic circular pattern like the waves of an ocean coming in & washing away ..and repeat
