@cyclestopnj 🚀🚀 UPDATE 🚀🚀 @biltwell_peoples_champ has been a wild ride so far. Crazy to think just a couple of weeks ago this was a pile of parts laid out on a blanket and now its really starting to look like something. Just finishing up the custom stainless sissy bar and I am really excited on how Disco Starship is shaping up. The motor is installed and once the handle bars go on we will have a full on roller. She's got all the right angles, and for such an abstract build its really coming together pretty organically.
Next up after the sissy bar is finished is a a far out custom stainless exhaust set up and all the stainless one off bits you can imagine. I'm trying to pull all the old and new parts together seamless and cohesively. Say goodbye to my fingertips, lots and lots of polishing ahead! Gotta have it shiny!
I've been flying by the seat of my pants, and figuring stuff out as I go has always seemed to work best for me. Not everything goes as planned but adapting to the situation and creative problem solving is definitely a part of the game. The build is always evolving and watching it all come together is one of my favorite parts of building a custom motorcycle.
It seems like this is turning out to be a period correct chopper build, I'm just not sure what period or even what planet. Im really proud of how unique and different this bike is and I cant say Ive seen anything like it before. To me, being different and expressing myself the way that only I can is what custom choppers are all about.
Stay tuned as the build progresses there is still much to be done. There can be only one People's Champ so please vote for Disco Starship!
Voting opens this weekend, Nov 15th-17th.
Disco is not dead. Disco is life! I spent some time yesterday polishing up these insane custom one off stainless hex fork shrouds and out of this world carb cover my sister from another mister @4th_floor_choppers made for my Starship. This stuff polished up real nice, I cant wait to see it mounted up.
