If there are Tyrants, He fights them.
"Give me this boon, that I may never fear the battlefield, and that I may conquer it."
Only they are devotees of Shiv ji, who aspire to be like Him and perform Responsible Actions and Meditation.
"That I may teach my mind, and feel the need to Meditate on Your Virtues"
The devotees of Shiv ji, meditate on His virtues and aspire to that ideal of Responsible Actions and Meditation.
