Ansonsten bin ich momentan irgendwie echt andauernd auswärts essen! 🥰 
Mittlerweile ist es für mich gar nicht mehr so tricky oft auswärts zu essen und trotzdem so gut es geht meine Form zu halten! Das war aber leider nicht immer so! Habt ihr „Probleme“ mit dem auswärts essen - vor allem wenn es öfter vorkommt? Oder ist es für euch auch total normal und ihr habt eure Balance gefunden? 🙏🏻

Let’s talk about my “why” 🗣

I started my fitness journey back in May. I was so uncomfortable in my own skin. I was embarrassed with how I looked  and it was only going downhill. I decided it was time to make a change and take control over my health. I signed up for a 90 day transformation. I prepped meals for the first time, I hit my cardio and went as hard as I could with every workout. I saw major changes with my physique and I was hooked. I wanted to see more results, so I decided to make a lifestyle change. I have now lost a total of almost 40 lbs. and I feel better than ever. I still struggle with loving my body, but it gets a little better every day. I’m going to continue this journey to hold myself accountable and hopefully inspire other people who are struggling with the same thing I was. If I can do it, you can as well. It’s time to get off your ass and make a change for the better. I promise you it will be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made. Health is so important and now with a son on the way, I am going to continue to make health a priority. I want to do everything in my power to make sure my son has a good healthy positive influence in his life. This is why I started my journey and will continue it as well 🙌🏽

En ocasiones confundimos los sentimientos y nos equivocamos, pensamos en pequeñas cosas que nos hacen sentir únicos, que nuestra suerte cambia cuando conocemos a alguien que nos hace sentir especiales por un tiempo. 
Pero en ocasiones son solo espejismos.
Nos ilusionamos con facilidad y nos debilitamos con pensamientos inexistentes, sentimos la necesidad de corresponder a algo o alguien. Y creamos un falso edén.
Y cuando la realidad llega te ves desilusionado, triste y con mil preguntas estupidas. Tan estupidas como te sientes en ese momento.
Te ilusionaste solo y te desilusionaron con los actos que no viste. 
Esto lo vivirás tantas veces como lo permitas. 
Quiérete un poco más cada día. Cuida de ti, aprende a escucharte y sobre todo valorarte y volaras.
