* encourages and supports the people of Nottingham to be more active
* offers free and incentivised participation to all
* highlights the many positive impacts of physical exercise, particularly mental health and well being
* breaks down negative perception of physical exercise, in communities with wider social issues
* tackles mental health issues head on by openly discussing and letting people know "it's ok not be ok"
* creates an environment for all to find comfortable and to develop at their own pace
* works with and supports charities and organisations, both voluntarily and financial, to give something back to the local community
* maintains a positive approach to meeting new people and making new friends
