TOP EXERCISES FOR LOWER BODY GROWTH / STRENGTH🥳💜
there are around 3.5 months between these photos which is crazy to meeee! I feel like I have gained SOoo much strength in my lower body this year so far & I’m so proud hehe🧍🏾♀️💗
keep in mind that everyone has different genetics, so our bodies may not take form in the same way while building muscle, and that’s okay!! xx (I am currently training legs 2x / week) I thought I would share some of my personal favourite COMPOUND lifts that helped me grow my glutes and legs (in no particular order!!!):

always challenge yourself with weight/reps/volume in order to progressively overload and build that muscleee💪🏼 kelp in mind that there are plenty of accessory exercises you should perform for optimal growth alongside your compound lifts like kickbacks, abductions, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend following @bretcontreras 1 if you are interested in learning more about optimizing your lower body training hehe💗 AND DONT FORGET ABOUT NUTRITION🥞🥨🍌🥑 eating enough food (and the right macros) is essential for muscle growth!!
