I saw a buddy at the grocery store and he asked me “how do you find time to cook meals everyday?”
My response…I don’t
As soon as I said that I could tell he was confused so I took a minute to explain 🤷♂️
I find it almost impossible to cook meals everyday of the week, and this is when I fall off and go for those quick easy fixes
And when I go for those quick easy fixes I start to feel like I’m moving away from my goals
When I feel like I’m not hitting my goals, I start to think “fuck it, I’ll get on track next week”
Then he asked me “what do you do then?”
My response…I prep all my meals Sunday
I take about 2 hours on Sunday to cook all my protein, get my carbs in order and make sure I have enough peanut butter for may fat source
See..to take the time to plan ahead and get my shit in order I save myself throughout the week knowing I have all my meals in check
Heres what I do 👇👇
Each day I take out my big containers and I weigh out what I need in each meal and put them in my smaller containers
They go into my cooler bag and I’m off and out the door
By taking a couple hours Sunday saves me all the time in the world during the week and more important…saves me from saying “fuck it, maybe next week”
If your a busy individual with a demanding career this is a MUST
The more you do it, the more efficient you’ll get

It’s a fact! But if I didn’t use today to get myself prepped and ready for the week ahead all hell would break loose 🤣
It doesn’t take long once you get started. Prep breakfast and lunch for the working week. Making sure I have enough nutritious food to keep me going and stopping me from eating out of packets from shops😡
I will also get my head around what im doing on what day and the jobs that I need to get done during the week. .
