In the improvement season YOU might think that you look overweight when in reality, you probably aren’t🤷🏽♀️
In prep you might feel like you aren’t going to be ready in time. Trust your coach and get out of your own head!!
Deep into prep and at the beginning of my reverse, I felt TINY and I did NOT like feeling like that!
So here are some things that can help👇🏽
➡️STOP looking at yourself in the mirror 29465 times a day!
➡️Focus on building STRENGTH
➡️Surround yourself with supportive people (reach out if you ever want to chat!)
➡️Tell your coach how you’re feeling!!!
