The first day I was creating content for my retreat, I decided to write my sequences chronologically in my computer. During this process, I was very much in my head, trying to make everything perfect, second guessing, overanalyzing, writing and rewriting until I was cross—eyed. By the end of the day, I had written a solid amount of sequences but I felt totally disconnected from them.
The next morning, when I sat down to write more, my computer wouldn’t start! I was in a remote part of Costa Rica with no access to a computer technician and apple support couldn’t help me.
Instead of losing my mind I paused and thought, “How can I make the best of this situation? What could the universe be nudging me towards?” I decided to dust off my journal, grab a pen, turn on some tunes and let my body move. I asked the universe to guide me in designing classes that would most serve the souls in attendance. I let my heart lead the way. I hand wrote, almost illegibly, pages and pages of authentic, inspiring content.
What could have been a major set back turned out to be a blessing in disguise, but that didn’t happen magically, I had to consciously decide to see the silver lining.
Dissolving into the divine is about having faith, following your intuition and letting yourself be in the flow with life's natural rhythms. It is about trusting the universe, and riding the waves of good, bad and mundane experiences — trusting that life will continue to give you whatever experience is the most helpful for the evolution of YOUR consciousness.
Tell me love, do you have a relationship with your higher—self?

When the world moves too fast and you lose yourself in the chaos, introduce yourself to each color of the sunset. Reacquaint yourself with the earth beneath your feet. Thank the air that surrounds you with every breath you take. Find yourself in the appreciation of life.🌿
