It’s always interesting to look back at old videos and see what’s changed, what hasn’t, and what I should try to get back to. This video is from 2016. A few things I did well: late intent-I was relatively smooth and relaxed until my foot hit the ground, my shoulders rotated well on that Ferris wheel type axis, and my arm action was relatively loose. While I don’t think it is always a huge deal, I did have an elevated distal humerus here- my elbow got above my shoulder prior to my arm flipping up-I have corrected that. Looking forward to getting back to some smooth, high intent movement! •
